Order and delivery overview

FND Dimensions is a small charity and therefore we only hold a small range of some products in stock and most items, including all clothing items, are manufactured to fulfil your order by our supplier and shipped direct from them to you.

Please remember that we are unable to accept returns for items unless they are faulty, as we are unable to return them to our supplier.

Clothing delivery times

To ensure we are able to keep the merchandise costs for you as low as possible, our suppliers will be producing all the ordered clothing merchandise in batches, typically once a month, unless you are placing a bulk order.

This is because the cost of setting up a bespoke logo to manufacture the merchandise is quite high however it is much cheaper when divided by multiple items.

We plan to let you know once we have the latest production date from our supplier.  Our supplier will ship the items direct to you, normally using Royal Mail 48.

Shipping costs of clothing items

Our supplier charges us a flat fee for up to 2kg of merchandise clothing.  We have made the decision to keep that fee fixed at £4.90 even if the order is over 2kg.

Non-clothing merchandise

FND Dimensions buy some items in bulk and they are shipped direct to you from FND Dimensions.

These items include for example: pens, wrist bands, notebooks, water bottles, stress balls, drawer string bags etc
