FND Dimensions is a small charity and is dependant on our suppliers for the quality of the merchandise. We only hold a small range of some products in stock and most items, including all clothing items, are manufactured to fulfil your order by our supplier.

All clothing items are shipped direct to you from our supplier.

We are unable to accept returns for items unless they are faulty, as we are unable to return them to our supplier.

 

 

Hoodies and T-shirts

These items are sent direct from our supplier.

Our supplier has stated that as the sizes of these items have been very specifically given that they cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless they are faulty. Please check the size charts very carefully before purchasing.

These items are produced upon demand, on your chosen size and colour, specifically with the FND Dimensions branding on and are therefore classed as personalised items.

Therefore unless the garment is manufactured faulty, neither our supplier or us can accept returns.

Caps

These items are sent direct from our supplier.

These items are produced upon demand, on your chosen colour, specifically with the FND Dimensions branding on and are therefore classed as personalised items.

Therefore unless the cap is manufactured faulty, neither our supplier or us can accept returns.

Non-clothing merchandise

FND Dimensions buy these items in bulk and they are shipped direct to you from FND Dimensions.

These items include for example: pens, wrist bands, notebooks, water bottles, stress balls, drawer string bags etc

Any item with the FND Dimensions logo on will not be refunded by our supplier if you change your mind.

If you wish to return the items due to a change of mind, please contact us to see if we are able to accept a return: shop@fnddimensions.org

Please note, if we do accept a return of a non-clothing item then you will be responsible for the return postage and the items must be completely unused, in their original sealed packaging (complete with any labels they were sent with), and be completely undamaged in any way.  FND Dimensions do not accept responsibility for return items which get lost or damaged in the post when items are returned to us. The time limit for any returns should we be able to accept one is 14 calendar days. 

 

 

Shipping returns

If an item you purchase from the FND Dimensions shop is faulty, please email us before returning the item: shop@fnddimensions.org

Do not return the item before we respond to you as we will need to agree the returns process with our supplier, which will vary depending on what the fault with the item is and what the item is. Once we have clarification from our supplier we will confirm with you regarding postage and refund / exchange.

We will aim to respond to your email within 5 working days.
